Dialysis Research by a Certified Nephrology Nurse in Queens, NY

My name is Rosemarie Zuleta, and I am a certified nephrology nurse in Queens, NY, and the author of Dialysis Champions of the New-Era Thru the Knowledge Power of “Evidence-Based Practice Research.”

I began my career in nursing at the Chinatown Dialysis Center in the U.S. in 2009. Throughout my career in renal nursing, I have rotated between acute dialysis and renal ward nursing, renal vascular access coordination, renal research nursing, and leadership responsibilities in outpatient dialysis.

One of my proudest achievements was authoring and publishing my first book on dialysis. By writing the book, I aim to empower dialysis patients with a motivational and actionable handbook that will teach patients and their loved ones how to deal with the challenges of dialysis while making the most of each day.
